Hi, I’m Olivia.

I believe meaningful growth happens when we make space for the whole person: mind, body, heart, and soul.

My approach to coaching and embodied wellness is holistic, relational, and deeply curious. Drawing from my training and study in psychodynamic theory, Psychosynthesis, Buddhist psychology, Somatic Experiencing, yoga, mindfulness, and imaginative meditation, I help people slow down, listen inward, and better understand the patterns shaping how they move through their lives.

Rather than focusing only on changing thoughts or behaviors, I'm interested in what exists beneath them: the stories we've inherited, the ways we've learned to protect ourselves, the wisdom held in the body, and the parts of ourselves that may be asking for greater attention, compassion, or expression.

At the heart of my work is the belief that we each carry an innate capacity for growth. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to create a warm, grounded space where you can become more curious about who you already are, and more intentional about how you want to live.

My Approach

My work is heart- and soul-centered while remaining grounded in psychological theory and evidence-informed practices. Depending on your goals, our work might include conversation and reflection alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided imagery, meditation, movement, values exploration, and other experiential practices.

I am particularly drawn to the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and the body. My Buddhist and yoga studies inform an approach rooted in presence and nonjudgment, while psychodynamic and Psychosynthesis perspectives invite us to explore the deeper patterns, relationships, and inner experiences that influence our lives. Somatic practices bring the body into that conversation, helping us notice what may not always be accessible through words alone.

Above all, I believe this work should feel human. You don't need to arrive with the perfect goal or the right language. I bring warmth, curiosity, creativity, and genuine presence to our work together, tailoring the experience to the individual sitting across from me.

A Little About My Background

I am currently completing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness at NYU, with clinical training in integrative and somatic approaches to mental health. My broader training includes yoga, meditation, Psychosynthesis coaching, mindfulness, and embodied practices.

I am also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with additional yoga training and mentorship. Yoga and meditation have deeply influenced both my personal life and the way I understand wellbeing: not as something we achieve by perfecting ourselves, but as an ongoing practice of cultivating awareness, connection, flexibility, and compassion.

My background allows me to bring together two worlds I care deeply about: the psychological understanding of why we are the way we are and the embodied experience of discovering how we want to live.

Whether we're working through coaching, yoga, meditation, or another embodied wellness offering, my intention is the same: to help you cultivate greater connection to yourself and create a life that feels increasingly honest, meaningful, and your own.

I'm glad you're here.
